When I became the President of Oceanside Plaza Condominium in October 2019, I hired an outside engineering consulting group to evaluate and make recommendations going forward on our 50 year certification. Based upon their recommendation that the quality of work too date is competently and professionally performed, Oceanside has expanded G's work which originated in our "B" line, to now encompass the "C" and "D" lines, elevator towers, chattahoochee removal, line "N" and "M" emergency repairs, etc. We have found their pricing to be competitive.
